Who We Are

Wearizo is an online apparel store operated by VIET THUAN APPAREL COMPANY LIMITED. We design and sell custom-printed t-shirts, sweatshirts, and tank tops using a Print-on-Demand model. When you place an order, we send your chosen design to our third-party production partner, who prints, inspects, packs, and ships it directly to you from their US-based facility.

Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wearizo and VIET THUAN APPAREL COMPANY LIMITED. “You” and “your” refer to you — the person visiting our site or placing an order.

Using Our Website

By using wearizo.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to transmit harmful or illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with how the site functions.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access at our discretion if we believe these terms are being violated.

Our Products

We work to make sure our product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, because every item is custom-printed, a few things are worth keeping in mind. Colors on your screen may look slightly different from ink on fabric — that’s the nature of digital mockups versus physical printing. Print placement and scale can shift slightly depending on garment size. These are normal variations in custom apparel manufacturing, not defects.

If you receive something that’s significantly different from what was shown on our site, contact us and we’ll make it right in line with our Refund and Returns Policy.

All products are subject to availability. On rare occasions, an item may become unavailable between the time you add it to your cart and complete checkout. If that happens, we’ll notify you and offer either an alternative or a full refund.

Pricing and Availability

All prices on wearizo.com are in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping fees — those are calculated at checkout before you confirm.

We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed and confirmed. If we discover a pricing error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before processing and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers are valid only during the period specified and may have additional conditions. We reserve the right to modify or end any promotion at any time.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase the items in your cart at the listed price. Your order isn’t confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.

Payment is processed immediately at checkout through Stripe or PayPal. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you’re authorized to use that payment method.

Order Cancellations

You have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel or modify your order. Contact us at contact@wearizo.com with your order number within that window and we’ll take care of it — full refund, no questions asked.

After 24 hours, your order enters the active printing phase with our production partner and cannot be canceled or modified. At that point, you can return the item after delivery following the process in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on wearizo.com — including our original graphic designs, logos, product images, text, and website code — is the property of Wearizo and VIET THUAN APPAREL COMPANY LIMITED, protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You’re granted a limited, revocable license to access the site for personal shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially use our designs or content without written permission. Personal, non-commercial use — like saving a product image for reference — is fine. Commercial use, bulk downloading, or scraping is not.

If you believe any content on our site infringes your copyright, contact us at contact@wearizo.com with the subject line “Copyright Claim” and we’ll investigate promptly.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to those policies — including delivery timeframes, shipping restrictions, return eligibility, and refund processing timelines.
