ORDERING
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, pick the design and size you want, add it to your cart, and head to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, confirm your order, and you’ll get a confirmation email as soon as payment goes through. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal (balance, linked bank account, or PayPal Credit). All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). We don’t accept cash on delivery, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, or checks.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel or modify your order. Email contact@wearizo.com with your order number and we’ll handle it — full refund, no questions asked. After 24 hours, your design goes to our production partner and the printing process begins. At that point, changes aren’t possible because of how Print-on-Demand manufacturing works. You can still return the item after delivery following our standard return process.
Are prices on the website final?
Product prices are in USD and don’t include taxes or shipping. Both are calculated at checkout based on your address and order total — you’ll see the full amount before confirming. No hidden fees get added afterward.
Do you offer discount codes?
From time to time we may offer promotions or discount codes. One code per order, can’t be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise, and each code has its own expiration and terms. Enter it at checkout in the designated field.
Can I place a bulk order?
We’re open to it. Email contact@wearizo.com with the designs, sizes, and quantities you need, and our team will get back to you with availability and pricing.
PRODUCTS
What do you sell?
Wearizo designs and sells custom-printed t-shirts, sweatshirts, and tank tops. Every graphic is created by our own team — we don’t resell stock artwork or scrape trending designs.
How does Print-on-Demand work?
Nothing is pre-made. When you place an order, we send your chosen design to our third-party production partner. They print it onto a quality blank garment, inspect it, pack it, and ship it directly to you. Your item is made specifically because you ordered it.
Will the colors match what I see on screen?
We photograph and mock up our products to be as accurate as possible. But every screen displays color a little differently, and ink on fabric will never be a perfect match to a backlit display. We work to minimize the difference, but some variation is normal and not considered a defect.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size chart. We strongly recommend checking it before ordering. If you’re between sizes or unsure, email contact@wearizo.com and we’ll help you decide.
Are your products made in the USA?
Our designs are created by our team, and all orders are printed and shipped from our production partner’s US-based facility. Our parent company, VIET THUAN APPAREL COMPANY LIMITED, is headquartered in Vietnam and handles design, business operations, and customer support.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We also do not offer international shipping at this time. Please use a physical residential or business address at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Here’s what to expect from the moment you place your order: handling and production takes 3 to 5 business days, transit takes 5 to 8 business days, for a total estimated delivery of 8 to 13 business days. All timeframes are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US federal holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods can push things back.
What’s the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday through Friday, begin processing the same business day. Anything after that or on weekends/holidays gets picked up the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders of $99.00 or more (after discounts) ship free. Orders under $99.00 have a flat fee of $6.99. No handling fees, no surcharges.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier depends on your location, package size, and the fastest available route. We can’t guarantee a specific carrier for any order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and a direct link. Give the carrier up to 48 hours to scan and update tracking data. If nothing has moved after 3 business days, contact us and we’ll look into it.
What if I entered the wrong address?
You have 24 hours from purchase to email us a correction at contact@wearizo.com. After that, your order enters production and shipping — address changes aren’t possible. We’re not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.
Will my items arrive in one package?
Not necessarily. Because different product types may be printed at different stations in our production network, your items could arrive in separate packages on different days. You won’t be charged extra for split deliveries, and each package gets its own tracking number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date tracking shows “Delivered” to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Email contact@wearizo.com with your order number and we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions. Full details in our Refund and Returns Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@wearizo.com with your order number and reason. Don’t mail anything back without contacting us first — we need to issue an RMA number. Our team responds within one business day. Ship returns to: 1150 South Olive Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015.
Who pays for return shipping?
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items — we cover return shipping completely. For change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference — you cover return shipping. The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable in change-of-mind returns.
Is there a restocking fee?
No. We don’t charge restocking fees on any return. The refund amount is the full purchase price of the item.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Email contact@wearizo.com with your order number and what you’d like instead. Exchanges depend on availability — if your preferred item is out of stock, you can pick an alternative or get a full refund.
What if I received a damaged or defective item?
Email contact@wearizo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After verification, we’ll either ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You won’t pay anything for return shipping on our errors.
What items can’t be returned?
Items returned after the 30-day window, items that have been worn, washed, or altered, items returned without an RMA number, and items damaged through customer misuse after delivery. If you’re not sure whether your situation qualifies, email us and we’ll give you a straight answer.
REFUNDS
How long does a refund take?
Once your return arrives at our facility and passes inspection, we process the refund. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. You’ll get an email when the refund is approved.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds go back to the original payment method — your card through Stripe or your PayPal account. We don’t issue refunds by check, store credit, or any other method.
My tracking says “Delivered” but I never got my package. What do I do?
Check with neighbors, your building’s front desk or mailroom, and sheltered spots around your home first. If you still can’t find it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and work toward a resolution — re-shipment or refund.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption on every page. All payment processing is handled by Stripe and PayPal — both PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your credit card number, CVV, or PayPal login on our servers. All sensitive data is tokenized and routed through our payment partners.
Do you sell my personal information?
Wearizo does not exchange personal data with data brokers for money. However, under California law, using standard analytics tools (like Google Analytics) is technically considered “sharing.” We provide a way to opt out — visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page and follow the email instructions. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
What are my rights under the CCPA?
You can request to know what data we hold, ask for deletion, opt out of data sharing, correct inaccurate info, and exercise these rights without discrimination. To submit a request, email contact@wearizo.com. We respond within 1–2 business days and fully implement requests within 45 calendar days.
