Product Disclaimer

Our product images are high-quality digital mockups designed to show you what the final printed garment looks like. We do our best to make them accurate, but a couple of things are worth knowing upfront.

Colors on your screen won’t be an exact match to ink on fabric. Every monitor, phone, and tablet renders color a little differently, and physical printing on cotton or polyester will never look identical to a backlit screen. We work to minimize the gap, but some variation is unavoidable.

Print placement and scale may shift slightly depending on garment size — a graphic might sit a little differently on an XXL than on a Small. That’s standard in custom apparel, not a defect.

Product descriptions, materials, and sizing information are provided in good faith based on information from our production partners. While we aim for accuracy, we don’t warrant that every detail is completely error-free. If you receive something significantly different from what was shown on our site, contact us and we’ll resolve it in line with our Refund and Returns Policy.

Wearizo does not make any claims about the suitability of our products for any purpose beyond general everyday wear.

Shipping and Delivery

As outlined in our Shipping Policy, you can generally expect your order within 8 to 13 business days. These are estimates based on normal conditions, not guarantees. Once your package is handed to our carrier partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx), delivery timelines are subject to factors we can’t control — weather, carrier volume, postal disruptions, federal holidays, and routing decisions made by the carrier.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wearizo, VIET THUAN APPAREL COMPANY LIMITED, our directors, employees, and third-party production partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, inability to use our website, or any products purchased through it — including lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. If you made no purchase, our maximum liability shall not exceed fifty United States Dollars ($50.00).

Our website may experience downtime, errors, or interruptions. We don’t guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or secure, and we’re not liable for losses resulting from unavailability or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing here excludes liability that can’t be lawfully excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Intellectual Property

All original graphics, designs, and artwork on our apparel and website are the exclusive property of Wearizo and VIET THUAN APPAREL COMPANY LIMITED. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use our designs without written permission.

If you believe any design on our site infringes your copyright, email us at contact@wearizo.com with the subject line “Copyright Claim” and we’ll investigate and remove the content if valid.

Affiliate Disclosure

Wearizo does not currently participate in any affiliate marketing programs. We do not receive commissions or referral fees from third-party companies based on links or recommendations on our website.

If this changes in the future, we’ll update this section and clearly disclose any affiliate relationships. Any product recommendations or references to third-party tools on our site are based on our own experience, not paid partnerships, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Health and Safety

Our t-shirts, tank tops, and sweatshirts are printed on standard industry blanks — typically cotton, polyester, or blends. They’re designed for general everyday wear and are not tested or marketed for any specialized, industrial, medical, or protective purpose. We don’t make claims about health benefits or safety certifications unless stated on the product page.

If you have skin sensitivities or allergies to certain fabrics or dyes, review the materials information on the product page before purchasing. If you need more detail about a specific product’s composition, email us and we’ll get you the information.

Wearizo is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or other adverse effects from wearing our products. As with any clothing, we recommend testing new garments on a small area of skin if sensitivity is a concern.

Please keep all plastic shipping bags and packaging materials away from babies, children, and pets to avoid suffocation hazards.
