We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above and post the new version here. For significant changes, we’ll try to notify you by email or a notice on our website before they take effect.

What We Collect

When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, you may share your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and messages you send us. We do not store your credit card number or CVV — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe and PayPal.

Our website also collects some technical data automatically through cookies — things like your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and how you found us. This helps us keep the site running smoothly and understand how people use it. None of this identifies you personally on its own.

We may also receive limited information from third parties: Stripe and PayPal confirm whether payments went through, shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) provide tracking updates, and analytics tools like Google Analytics show us traffic patterns in aggregate.

We share your information only with parties that help us operate: our Print-on-Demand production partners (to manufacture and ship your order), Stripe and PayPal (to process payments), shipping carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx (to deliver your package), analytics services (to understand site traffic), and legal authorities if required by law.

We don’t share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone not directly involved in delivering our services.

How Long We Keep It

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require (typically 3–7 years). Account data stays as long as your account is active — request deletion and we’ll handle it within 30 days, unless we’re legally required to keep it. Customer service messages are kept for a reasonable time. Analytics data is stored in aggregate and purged periodically.

How We Protect It

We use SSL encryption site-wide. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant partners (Stripe and PayPal) — we never store raw card data. Access to personal information within our team is restricted to those who need it. We review our security practices regularly, but no system is completely immune to risk. Wearizo ships only within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states), but our parent company is headquartered in Vietnam.
