We want you to be happy with what you get from Wearizo. But since every item is custom-printed when you order it (Print-on-Demand), our return process works a little differently from a regular retail store. This page covers exactly how returns, refunds, exchanges, and issue resolution work — no fine print, no runaround.

24-Hour Cancellation Window
Ordered the wrong size or shipped to the wrong address? You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to contact us at contact@wearizo.com to change your order or cancel it entirely for a full refund. After that window closes, your design is sent to our production partner and the printing process begins — at that point, we cannot modify or cancel your order. This is a hard deadline because of how Print-on-Demand manufacturing works.
30-Day Returns
If you receive your order and it’s not what you expected, you have 30 days from the date your tracking shows “Delivered” to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition — no signs of use, no strong odors, no stains, no pet hair, and no alterations. We inspect every return when it arrives, and items that don’t meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
We know that sounds strict, but it’s how we make sure every customer receives a product in brand-new condition.
How to Start a Return
Don’t just mail things back without contacting us first. Here’s the process:
Step 1 — Email us at contact@wearizo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request within one business day and send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with shipping instructions.
Step 2 — Pack your item securely in its original condition. Make sure everything is protected for the trip back.
Step 3 — Ship the package using a trackable method to our US facility: 1150 South Olive Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015.
Once we receive your return and it passes inspection, we’ll process your refund or arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason:
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items — we cover return shipping entirely. You pay nothing. This applies when the product has a print defect, fabric damage, or we sent you the wrong item.
For change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference — you cover the return shipping cost. Please note that the original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable in these cases.
Zero Restocking Fees
We don’t charge restocking fees. The amount refunded is the full purchase price of the returned item — no hidden deductions, no penalty charges.
Refund Processing
Once your return arrives at our Los Angeles facility and passes inspection, we process your refund to the original payment method (your card through Stripe or your PayPal account). Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been approved.
We do not issue refunds by check, store credit, or any other method.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Our production partners maintain quality-control standards, but manufacturing errors can happen. If you receive an item with a printing defect, fabric damage, or if we sent you the completely wrong product, we’ll make it right.
Email us at contact@wearizo.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a few clear photos showing the defect or damage. Upon verification, we’ll either ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You won’t pay a single cent in return shipping for errors on our end.
Please hold onto the item and all packaging materials until we’ve completed our review.
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or style? Email us at contact@wearizo.com with your order number and what you’d like instead. We’ll walk you through the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability — if your preferred item is out of stock, you can choose an alternative or receive a full refund.
Lost, Stolen, or “Delivered” but Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, start by checking with neighbors, your building’s front desk or mailroom, and any sheltered spots around your home where carriers sometimes leave deliveries.
If you still can’t locate it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and work with you toward a fair resolution — whether that means re-shipping your order or issuing a refund.
Once a carrier confirms delivery, the outcome of any investigation depends on their findings. We’ll advocate on your behalf and keep you informed throughout the process.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange a solution. You can choose to have the order re-shipped to a corrected address (additional shipping costs apply) or receive a refund for the product minus the original shipping fee.
Packages returned as undeliverable that go unclaimed for more than 30 days may be refunded at our discretion, minus any applicable shipping charges.
Split Shipments
Because our items are custom-printed, orders with multiple products may be fulfilled by different printing stations within our production network. This means your items might arrive in separate packages on different days. You won’t be charged extra shipping for split deliveries, and each package comes with its own tracking number.
If one package from a split shipment doesn’t arrive, contact us about that specific item — our return and resolution policies apply to each package individually.
Non-Returnable Situations
To be transparent, we cannot accept returns in the following cases: items returned after the 30-day window, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of use, items returned without an RMA number from our team, and items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care after delivery.
