Shipping Policy

Every item in our store is custom-printed just for you through our third-party production partners — a model known as Print-on-Demand. That means your gear doesn’t exist until you order it, which takes a little more time than buying something off a shelf. This page explains exactly how shipping works, what it costs, and what to expect along the way.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We also do not offer international shipping at this time. Please provide a physical residential or business address at checkout.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same business day. Anything placed after that — or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays — gets picked up the next business day.

Handling and Production Time

Once your order is confirmed and payment goes through, your design is sent to our production partner. They source the blank garment, print your design, run a quality check, and pack it up. This takes 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday).

This isn’t a warehouse pulling a pre-made shirt off a rack — your item is being made from scratch, which is why it takes a few days.

Transit Time

After your order leaves the production facility, it spends 5 to 8 business days (Monday through Friday) in the hands of our carrier partners traveling to your address. How long exactly depends on where you are relative to the printing facility and current carrier conditions.

Total Estimated Delivery

Here’s the full picture from the moment you place your order:

Handling and production: 3–5 business days. Transit: 5–8 business days. Total estimated delivery: 8–13 business days.

These are estimates based on normal conditions, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holiday volume, and other factors outside our control can push things back. We do our best, but we can’t promise an exact delivery date.

Shipping Rates

We keep it simple. Orders with a subtotal of $99.00 or more (after discounts) ship free. Orders under $99.00 have a flat shipping fee of $6.99. That’s it — no handling fees, no surprise surcharges, no post-purchase add-ons. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Our Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order depends on factors like your location, package size, and the fastest available route from the production facility. We cannot guarantee a specific carrier for any individual order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package. Give the carrier up to 48 hours to scan and update the tracking data on their end. If tracking hasn’t moved after 3 business days, reach out to us and we’ll look into it.

Address Changes

Double-check your shipping address before you confirm your order. You have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to contact us at contact@wearizo.com if you need to fix a typo or update your address. Once that window closes, your order enters production and is handed to logistics — at that point, changes aren’t possible.

Wearizo is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. The exact amount is displayed before you finalize payment — no surprises after the fact.

Delivery Problems

Sometimes things go wrong on the road. Here’s how we handle it:

If your package is lost in transit or arrives with severe physical damage caused by the carrier, email us at contact@wearizo.com within 7 days of the anticipated delivery date. Include your order number and photos of the damage if applicable. After verification, we’ll arrange a free replacement.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, check with neighbors, your building’s front desk, and any sheltered spots around your home first. If you still can’t find it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier. Return to Sender

If a package comes back to us because of an invalid address, failure to claim it, or an unauthorized refusal, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost if you want us to send it again. We’ll contact you to arrange either a re-shipment (at your expense) or a refund minus the original shipping fee.

Split Shipments

Ordered a t-shirt and a sweatshirt? Because of how custom printing works, different product types in your order might be produced at different stations within our network. That means your items could arrive in separate packages on different days. You won’t be charged extra for split deliveries, and each package gets its own tracking number.

Delays Outside Our Control

We work closely with our production and carrier partners to keep things on schedule, but some delays are beyond what anyone can control — severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, postal strikes, federal holidays, and high-volume periods like the winter holiday season. In these situations, we can’t be held responsible for late deliveries, but we’ll do what we can to keep you updated until your order arrives.
