This page covers everything about how payments work at Wearizo — what we accept, when you’re charged, what you’ll see at checkout, and how we keep your financial information safe. No surprises, no hidden fees.

How You Can Pay

We accept two payment methods:

Stripe — for credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Stripe processes all card payments directly on our site.

PayPal — if you prefer to pay through your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or PayPal Credit where available.

Both are trusted, widely used platforms. We do not accept cash on delivery, bank wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or checks.

When You’re Charged

Your payment is processed immediately when you click the final “Pay Now” or “Complete Order” button at checkout. The full amount — including product price, shipping, and applicable taxes — is charged to your selected payment method at that moment. No payment is collected before you confirm, and no additional charges appear after checkout unless you place a separate order.

Once the transaction clears, you’ll receive an automated email with your receipt and order number. This also starts your 24-hour cancellation window as outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy. If you don’t see the confirmation email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Still missing? Email us with your name and order details.

Pre-Authorization Holds

When you place an order, your bank or card issuer may place a temporary hold on your account for the order amount. This is not a charge — it’s your bank verifying that funds are available. If your order is canceled or fails to process, the hold is released automatically. How long that takes depends on your bank, but it typically resolves within 3 to 5 business days. If the hold sticks around longer than expected, contact your bank directly.

Pricing and Currency

All prices on wearizo.com are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Product prices do not include taxes or shipping — those are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes won’t affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed. If you’re using a card issued by a non-US bank (for example, buying a gift for someone in the US), your bank will convert the transaction to your local currency at their daily exchange rate.

Shipping Costs

As outlined in our Shipping Policy, standard domestic shipping is a flat $6.99. Orders with a subtotal of $99.00 or more (after discounts) ship free. That’s it — no handling fees, no post-purchase surcharges.

Sales Tax

Any applicable state or local sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. The exact amount is displayed before you finalize payment. Tax rates vary by jurisdiction, so the amount depends on where your order is headed. What you see on the checkout page is what you pay.

Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or issue discount codes. If you have one, enter it in the designated field at checkout. A few things to keep in mind: only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly allowed, each code has its own expiration date and may have minimum order requirements, and we reserve the right to modify or end any promotion at any time.

If a code isn’t working, double-check the terms. If it still won’t apply, email us and we’ll help you sort it out.

Payment Security

Your financial safety matters to us. Our site uses SSL encryption across every page, and we never process payments manually.

We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or PayPal login details on our servers. All sensitive payment data is tokenized and routed directly through our PCI-DSS compliant partners — Stripe and PayPal. We only see basic details needed to fulfill your order (like your name and shipping address).

We will never ask you for your full card number, CVV, or account password via email, phone, or chat. If you receive a message claiming to be from Wearizo asking for this information, do not respond and contact us immediately.

Canceled or Failed Orders

If your payment fails at checkout — whether from insufficient funds, an expired card, or a technical issue — your order won’t be placed and you won’t be charged. You’re welcome to try again with a different payment method or updated card details.

If your order is canceled (either by you within the 24-hour window or by us due to stock or other issues), any charge will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Fraud Prevention

We use automated fraud detection tools provided by Stripe and PayPal, along with our own review process, to monitor for suspicious transactions. Wearizo reserves the right to cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or unauthorized. If that happens, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing. Any payment collected on a canceled fraudulent order will be refunded in full.

Chargebacks

We always encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank. In most cases, we can resolve the issue faster and more smoothly than the chargeback process allows — whether it’s a question about a charge, a missing order, or a return that hasn’t been processed yet.

If a chargeback is filed, we’ll respond with relevant documentation and transaction records. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate transaction may result in the suspension of your ability to place future orders.
